have you ever had that awful moment, where you are so embarrassed that your stomach twists and you wish you could slip under a carpet? I had one of those today. afterwards, my cheeks flushed pink, and everyone was laughing. it was funny... but not fun.

then I came home and drank a sweet latte, read your beautiful comments, and gazed with pleasure upon irwin barbe's photography.

I realise that life still holds wonderment, even after moments like these.
